Altiport

The cloud we built Altiport for, and still run it on

EverestCloud is Nepal's sovereign enterprise cloud: three availability zones, 100% in-country data, and Nepal's first Nutanix-verified Sovereign Cloud. Altiport Cloud is the platform behind its portal, its console and its billing.

Nepal's First
  • Three availability zones

Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Butwal. Customers' data never leaves Nepal.

  • Nepal's first Nutanix-verified Sovereign Cloud

Powered by Nutanix Verified Solution in all four categories: Sovereign Cloud, Dedicated Private Cloud, Multi-Tenant Private Cloud and DRaaS.

  • Built on Nutanix and Cisco

Enterprise cloud software on the Nutanix enterprise cloud stack, on Cisco data-centre-grade hardware, all-NVMe, with NVIDIA GPUs for AI and machine learning.

  • The five-step server wizard on the availability-zone step: Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Butwal
Launching a server: pick an availability zone.
  • Live monitoring for one server: data transfer and a CPU usage chart
    Monitoring a running server.
  • The per-server firewall with one allow rule and the form to add another
    The per-server stateful firewall.

What customers get

EverestCloud’s customers launch a cloud server in minutes with the five-step wizard; servers are typically online in under a minute. The catalogue covers Linux and Windows cloud servers, GPU servers, VPC with a per-server stateful firewall, a web application firewall, load balancers, site-to-site VPN, NVMe block storage, S3-compatible object storage, and backups with cross-AZ replication and one-click restore, typically under 10 minutes. Billing is in Nepali rupees, supported locally.

What the operator runs

The same Altiport Cloud console you would run: tenants, price books, capacity and revenue, with metering through to invoices and payments. The AI crew’s customer assistant has answered inside the portal since June 2026, scoped to each customer’s own servers and metrics, behind the same approval gates.

Why it matters to you

Everything on this site runs there first. The portal features, the billing and the approval-gated AI were built for EverestCloud’s own customers before they became a product. When we say “install in days” or “live in weeks”, we are describing a platform that already carries paying customers across three availability zones.
